Welsh Boy teddy bear

A 30cm plush, soft, jointed bear, attired for the eisteddfod,
 dons black cotton trousers, a wool waistcoat, and a flat cap,
 complemented by a matching bow tie.
 He proudly sports a leek and a gold-colored button embossed with a Welsh dragon.
